Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmegaEngine's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

OmegaEngine provides a Decision API and related services ("Services") for evaluating autonomous AI agent decisions. The Services include risk scoring, policy enforcement, arbitration, and audit trail generation.

3. API Usage

• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys
• •You must not share API keys or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• •You must not use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
• •You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Service Level Agreement

We target high uptime for our API services. Detailed SLA terms are available for Enterprise customers. We will provide reasonable notice before scheduled maintenance.

5. Billing & Payments

• •Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• •Usage-based charges are billed in arrears
• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of OmegaEngine, including all intellectual property rights. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMEGAENGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
