Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• We don't pro-rate partial periods, but if you cancel within 72 hours of a renewal charge and haven't used the service since renewal, email us and we'll refund that charge.

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet generated or received the deliverable.
• Once an attestation or report has been generated or delivered, the purchase is non-refundable except under the critical-miss guarantee below or as required by law.

For paid self-serve attestation reports you generate against your own model keys (BYOK):

• If, within 30 days of purchase, an attestation report fails to generate or a signed report cannot be verified against our published JWKS, we will re-run the scan or refund the report fee in full.
• The attestation reflects the behavior of the model and configuration you tested at scan time. It is not a certification, and does not warrant that your system is free of vulnerabilities — it reports what our automated red-team library observed against the target you supplied.
• This guarantee does not cover vulnerabilities introduced after the scan, changes you make to your model or keys, or systems outside the target you submitted.
