1. Subscriptions
- •Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- •We don't pro-rate partial periods, but if you cancel within 72 hours of a renewal charge and haven't used the service since renewal, email us and we'll refund that charge.
2. One-Time Purchases (Attestation, Reports)
- •Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet generated or received the deliverable.
- •Once an attestation or report has been generated or delivered, the purchase is non-refundable except under the critical-miss guarantee below or as required by law.
3. Managed Red-Team Assessments — Critical-Miss Guarantee
For managed red-team assessments delivered by our team:
- •If, within 30 days of report delivery, you identify a critical, in-scope vulnerability that was exploitable at the time of our assessment and that our testing failed to detect, we will re-test the affected scope at no cost.
- •"Critical" means a vulnerability that allows unauthorized data access, financial action, or arbitrary tool execution by an unauthenticated or low-privilege attacker, within the scope defined in your engagement agreement.
- •If after the re-test you remain unsatisfied, we will refund the assessment fee in full. This guarantee does not cover vulnerabilities introduced after the assessment, out-of-scope systems, or findings already noted in the report.
4. Credits
Purchased credits expire per the terms shown at purchase and are refundable within 14 days only to the extent unused. Promotional or trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@omegaengine.ai from your account email with the charge date and amount. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Where this policy and the Terms of Service differ on refunds, this policy governs. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
